The status of my object changed to 'disputed', what does that mean?

When the status of your object has been changed to ‘disputed’, this means that the payment has been temporarily paused. This can happen when a buyer reports an issue with the object, such as but not limited to, the object not yet being received, or being received damaged.

In order to guarantee a secure platform for our buyers and sellers, in some cases it is necessary to temporarily pause the payment of the object until the issue has been resolved. 

  • If the object is insured, follow the shipping insurance process.
  • If you don’t have shipping insurance and you are unable to reach an agreement with the buyer, then we will decide on a solution, based on our Terms of Use.
