When the status of your object has been changed to ‘disputed’, this means that the payment has been temporarily paused. This can happen when a buyer reports an issue with the object, such as but not limited to, the object not yet being received, or being received damaged.
In order to guarantee a secure platform for our buyers and sellers, in some cases it is necessary to temporarily pause the payment of the object until the issue has been resolved.
- If the object is insured, follow the shipping insurance process.
- If you don’t have shipping insurance and you are unable to reach an agreement with the buyer, then we will decide on a solution, based on our Terms of Use.
