Cobb Shinn (1887 – 1951), tekende begin vorige eeuw in opdracht van Ford Motor Company een serie ansichtkaarten van T-Ford en hun berijders. Hij is vooral door die opdrachten bekend geworden in de USA. Zijn humor vertaalde zich in cartoon-achtige tekeningen met zowel positieve als negatieve opmerkingen over de T-Ford. Wat twitter en facebook vandaag zijn, waren de ansichtkaarten over de T-Ford in de jaren rond 1915. Een hele vroege vorm van marketing en reclame maken voor automobielen. 
Heel leuk om in te lijsten. 
Deze kaarten zijn ca. 100 jaar oud en hebben lichte sporen van die leeftijd. Sommige zijn niet gelopen; andere hebben de typische adressen van die tijd met datum stempel. 1 kaart niet van Cobb Shinn maar van onbekende tekenaar uit diezelfde periode met een wel heel merkwaardige afbeelding.
