After obtaining her Master’s degree in Communication, Jennifer started working at Hermès in Paris. This opened up a whole new world: she fell in love with the brand, with fashion in general, and started developing a great appreciation for the quality of craftsmanship. With this new found passion for couture instilled within her, she then gained experience at other prestigious fashion houses such as Louis Vuitton and Christian Louboutin. With the fashion industry increasingly moving from storefronts to the web, Jennifer followed the current to high-end marketplace Vestiaire Collective where she led the Luxury curation team — which ultimately led her to Catawiki. After many years as a bags expert, Jennifer now specialises in vintage clothing and furs. At Catawiki, she enjoys the sustainable aspect of vintage clothing, as she indulges in the magnificent lots she gets to appraise on a daily basis. Working with people from all nationalities and all walks of life feels especially rewarding to her; no day is the same.
