After the object has been paid for, you can contact the buyer via the order detail page. 

Go to ‘Sold’ in the account section and open the corresponding order. From there you can use the ‘Message buyer’ link in the Buyer section, to start a conversation. 

We advise you to contact the buyer in their native language. If this is not possible, then we recommend communicating in English or using an online translator to assist you.

Please keep the following in mind when sending a message:

Do:

• Use a friendly and polite tone.
• Stay in contact with each other to complete orders and respond quickly to customer service issues.

Don’t:

• Don’t use any insulting, aggressive, discriminatory or otherwise inappropriate language. 
• Don’t include any personal details (such as name, address or phone number) of other people in your message. 
• Don’t use the Message Centre to send marketing and promotional material or offers to buy or sell outside of Catawiki; this is against our Terms of Use.
