When a buyer leaves feedback for you about an order, you will receive an automated message with a link to react to it. If you did not receive an automated message, you can follow these steps in order to react to feedback:
- Sign in to your account.
- Go to ‘My sold lots’.
- Click on the lot you received feedback for. On the order page, you will find the buyer’s feedback below the buyer’s address.
- Click on ‘Respond to feedback’ and fill out your response.
- Click on ‘Submit’.
Please note that you can only submit a response if a buyer submitted a comment with the feedback.
When reacting to feedback, we expect you to respect the following:
Do’s:
- Use a friendly and polite tone.
- Contact the buyer directly to resolve any issues as soon as possible. Find out how to contact the buyer here.
Don’ts:
- Don’t use any insulting, harassing, discriminating or otherwise inappropriate language.
- Don’t include any personal data (such as name, address or phone number) of others in your reaction.
- Don’t react to feedback in a way that goes against our Terms and Conditions.
