Before expert review
You can delete an object from your submissions if it hasn’t been reviewed by an expert yet. Use the actions dropdown to do this.
After expert review
After expert approval, objects are actively prepared for auction. This includes expert review, auction planning and positioning within the auction itself. Requesting removal at this stage disrupts this process and affects both buyer experience and auction quality.
If you still need to request removal, you’ll need to contact us to remove it at least 1 day before the auction starts.
To request removal:
- Go to the Help Centre
- Under ‘Get help with your object’, select ‘View all’
- Select the object you want to remove from ‘Submissions’ in your object list
- Type: I would like to withdraw my object
- Follow steps shown
During auction
Objects can’t be removed once the auction has started. Withdrawals disrupt the process and affect buyer confidence, so they’re only allowed in exceptional cases. This can negatively impact your fulfillment performance.
