This could be for a number of reasons:
- You haven’t finished registering as a seller on Catawiki. You can read more about the registration process here.
- You’re based in a country that’s not on our supported countries list.
- Your account has been blocked for selling. This only happens for the reasons outlined in our Seller Terms. You will have received an email notifying you if this is the case.
- You haven’t told us where you’d like to receive payment. Our payment providers, Stripe and Payoneer, might ask for additional documentation before you can receive payments.
