For certain objects that do not reach their reserve price during the auction, it is now possible to offer the object for the highest bid amount. You’ll have this option as a seller when the highest bid falls just below the reserve price that you set for the object. 

You have 2 working days to decide to send the offer, each bidder has 48 hours to accept and pay for the object. Once one of the bidders does accept and pay, you will be asked to ship within 3 working days.
