How do Auction Alerts Work?
Auction alerts are automated email messages, which are sent once an item you are searching for is offered at one of our auctions. It’s possible to set auction alerts for multiple items, but you'll still only receive one email per week containing all lots matching your keywords.
Setting Up Auction Alerts
You can easily set up auction alerts here. Just enter a keyword or a few keywords. For example, if you’re an Elvis fan, maybe you would enter ‘Elvis’ and set this as a keyword. Maybe you want to be sure you don’t miss out on any lots related to the king of rock & roll, so you check the box ‘also search lot descriptions’. Doing this will search both titles and descriptions. Without checking the box, we’ll only search for your keywords in titles. You can always edit or remove your keywords later.
What Happens Next?
Every week we’ll search the auctions for you. If we continue the example from above, we’ll email you once per week and let you know what lots contain ‘Elvis’ in the title and/or description. This way you need only check your email to see if your favourite memorabilia, long sought-after collectible or that one special object you’ve been searching for is up for auction.
