Selling Personal Items or Collectables on Catawiki
Catawiki is the ideal platform for anyone who’d like to sell their special objects online. It could be that you’ve found a box of old comic books in the attic or you’ve inherited some antique jewellery you’d like to profit from. Perhaps you’ve had a rare Steiff teddy bear since you were young or simply are clearing out items you no longer require. Is your object exceptional, unique or rare? And does it have an estimated value of over €75? Then we want to see it!

Seller Experience: Francis
Francis, from the Netherlands, had never sold on Catawiki before. But he owned a Fromanteel Abraham wristwatch which he thought might be valuable, so offered it up for our weekly Watches auction. He submitted photographs and a detailed description, and was successfully able to sell his watch for €146.

Being a Professional Seller on Catawiki
A professional seller might be someone who already owns a business or runs a trade and would like to use Catawiki’s auctions to reach a wider audience online. For example, if you own a jewellery store or an art gallery and would like to conduct your business via Catawiki, you could become a professional seller. To register as a professional seller, you need to provide us with your VAT identification number or if you do not have this number, proof that you own a professional business and therefore wish to use Catawiki in a professional capacity.
