Silver-plated princess plate Mappin & Webb 6 fish knives and forks in authentic box, England, early 20th century
Luxurious set of six fish knives and forks, presented in beautiful oak wood box with lining and emblem ‘By appointment Martin & Webb Limited Royal Show Room Sheffield'.
Fork 17 cm, knife 19 cm. Handles 9 cm celluloid (perfect condition). The cutlery is marked with 'Martin & Webb Princes Plate and year date. (Year hard to figure out, M & W have their own dating system, which started in 1890)
Oak wooden presentation box with blank copper cartouche on the outside, lock is in tact and the key is still there and marked 'English lever'.
