Offered is this nice restoration object. Straight from the attic and not fiddled with yet. This concerns a rare Eko 1150 Violin bass. They were made from 1962 to 1964, but after the arrival of the Hofner bass, the popularity of the EKO 1150 was limited. It is known that only around 300 in total were made. This bass has the advantage that everything is still original, even the chrome cover on the bridge is still present. It does need the necessary repairs. The electronics give a signal, but there is clearly a failure in them. The neck is also pretty bent. There still is room to lower the bridge, the neck is easy to take off, so the advanced hobbyist might be able to straighten it still. Otherwise it is still very interesting as a collectible or for parts... In case of shipping abroad, the bass is shipped in two parts because of its length and for safety. The bass will be shipped in 2 parts (neck separate from body) to make sure the bass will arrive safely.
