Signed lower left by the Italian artist Arthur (arturo) de Tivoli.
He was Born in Viareggio Italy in 1891
He moved to Bournemouth England aged 19 with his mother Anne Bevan, his father was living in India.
Arthur died in Boscombe Bournemouth in 1961.
As can be seen in the photos there are a couple of scratches to the painting and frame but still a beautiful piece of art.
The painting measures 54.5cm wide x 37cm tall
With frame the total measurements are - 62cm x 44.5cm
