Kiev 60 is a medium format SLR camera film system manufactured by Arsenal factory in Kiev, Ukraine. It was produced between 1984-1999.
A wonderfully simple camera ... superb images on medium format.
The Kiev 60 was inspired by the Pentacon Six. But the Kiev 60 has been thoroughly redesigned. One of the greatest features of the Kiev 60 is the compatibility with many of the Pentacon Six lenses. It has been said that it is worthwhile to buy a Pentacon Six (or Kiev 60) for using this 35 mm fisheye.
This 30 mm lens is a full-frame fish-eye lens for medium format. It has a diagonal angle of 180 degrees and is the widest lens for a 6 x 6 camera. (equivalent 16 mm lens on a 35 mm camera). Incl. bag, lens caps and 2 filters. This lens showsa remarkable similarity with the Carl Zeiss Oberkochen 30 mm lens designed for Hasselblad. The West German Zeiss lens is for sale for US $6,000, the quality of the images of the Arsat is similar to the Zeiss lens ...
