Serial number 32155 Dimensions: W 146 cm x D 61 cm x H 123 cm Keyboard width 120 cm Oak with oak veneer Neumeyer was founded in 1860 by Fritz Neumeyer in Stettin. A year later, the company moved to a bigger office in Berlin. In 1898, the company had already built 25,000 instruments. Up to 1900, the company also manufactured many pieces of furniture for other piano builders. The furniture by Neumeyer are still very beautifully made and finished. Fritz dies in 1905. His son Max continues the factory under the current name Gebr. Neumeyer. In 1928, the 65,000th piano was presented on the Leipziger Messe. The classically built Gebr. Neumeyer pianos and concert pianos are now made under the skilled leadership of the collaborating companies within The International Piano Company, Pianorama Switserland.
