Sabre and sheath are in very good original condition!

This rare sabre has a length of 101 cm and has a metal chrome-plated sheath with 1 carrying ring!
The hilt is made of bronze with a nice sleek line pattern and has a fretted basket!
The back of the handle has the same nice, sleek linear pattern. The handle of rye skin has a nice wire wrapping (filigree) and both are in excellent condition (no damage)!.
The blade is in new condition and features the logo of the maker - CARL EICKHORN - from Solingen with a squirrel!
Both the blade and the sheath have a stamp of the German "waffenambt" from the second world war with the image of the German Eagle with swastika!
This rare German sabre from WW2 is a nice collectible for the enthusiast and is in nice used condition,
especially considering the age!
