Beautiful vintage 1981 Bose 601 series 2 Direct Reflection speakers

Offered: a set of beautiful and very little offered vintage Bose 601 series II speakers from the year 1981 in good and working condition. This type of Bose speakers are offered very little because the speakers are usually still at the first owner because of their quality and sound. With these speakers, Bose surprised the Hi-fi world because of the beautiful appearance, but also because of the sound which the speakers produce. I have replaced the foam edges of the top large speaker for new ones, because the original ones were entirely pulverized after 35 years. The wooden housing has some minimal signs of wear, but these are not distracting. (photo 25/26) The Bose Model 601 Series II is nominally an 8 ohm system, suitable for amplifiers that are rated on 20 to over 150 watts in output. By removing the dust covers that are integral with the top grill and are held by sturdy plastic pins, a second 8-inch woofer is revealed on the front. Because of the weight, the really very fragile hinged dust covers and the size of the speakers, picking it up in Amerongen is preferred. Height 75 cm Width 35.5 cm Depth is 33 cm Weight per speakers is 17.5 kg.
