This Italian company was founded in 1975 by Maurizio Foroni, in Modena. The first model produced by Foroni was a folding scooter, called Zucchero (sugar), with a single-cylinder, two-stroke, 48cc Morini S5 engine, provided with kickstarter and automatic transmission.
The single-beam frame was foldable, with mechanical telescopic front suspension and rigid rear. The company has also been involved in the competitive business and has been winning in various competitions since 1977.
