Fully restored Pagode. In as new condition including a beautiful hardtop. The same owner since 1994. Chassis number 11304210007268. Dutch registration: The 230 SL doesn’t need anything except enjoyment and been driven around.
Between 1985 and 1987 the 230SL was entirely restored by Bart Holland: sheet metal front and back panels, side sills, front and rear plate, bottom and wheel arch liners. The car was resprayed in silver from bare metal (the original colour was red). The engine has been completely overhauled as well as the rear axle, the brakes, the steering and the wheel suspension. Windows and rubbers were replaced. New convertible top. The winter cover is in new condition.
Since the overhaul / restoration it has done 12,000 km, always driven with care.
Due to family circumstances, this beautiful car is now up for auction.
