Condition: very good. Fresh and clean paper with watermark. High quality paper and wide margins. Hand-coloured. The reverse side is blank.

2. La Seigneurie d´Utrechgt (1767)
Dimensions: 24.8 x 34.7 cm.
Condition: excellent. Borders coloured (original). Wide margins. Beautiful clear print on fresh and very sturdy paper with watermark. Centre fold as issued. The reverse side is blank.

George-Louis Le Rouge (1712-1790) was a French cartographer, engraver and architect in the 18th century. He worked as a geographer for king Louis XV and published atlases, maps and maps of battles. He rode across Europe on horseback to obtain the best measurements and insights into local details to continue to improve his maps.
