Beautiful copper engraving of the life of Napoleon.
presentation of the farewell of the emperor of his wife Marie-Louise and his son, the king of Rome, dated March 1814.
At that time, Napoleon was exiled to Elba Island.
The print was made in the 1830s, given the fashion and hairdo of Marie-Louise and her ladies in waiting.
Nice print with colours that are preserved well.

33 x 39 cm.
the engraving needs to be framed again with a well matching mat,
the engraving has some small tears in the bottom but they could be neatly concealed by a well fitting mat.
