This carpet was knotted in the north-east of Persia. This type of carpet often features the Herati pattern, with or without medallion and usually with blue or white nuances in the base colour.
The quality of the carpet is very good and it can be considered a good investment for the future.
The Moud designs are rather distinctive, on the basis of cotton with soft, fine wool. Traditionally, they use a sunflower medallion in the centre, with complex curved or floral patterns in the field. Moud carpets usually are medium to large in size. The used colours vary from powerful blue, dark red and brown, normally with a contrasting ivory background.
Moud produces some of the most beautiful carpets on the market.
Please, take the time to study the carpet in detail and enjoy this work of art.

I had to pay for VAT although the transportation cost and the invoice states that the shipment cost paid is inclusive of VAT. Request a refund. Thanks
First time using this auction site so nervous. Very positive experience and very happy with item received. Fast delivery to uk.
In auction photos, the rug appeared white, very light colored with blue highlights. The actual rug is brown colored. The auction photos were heavily edited to show false color. The rug was also dirty.
The seller will ship the item(s) within 3 working days after receiving confirmation of payment.
