German 98/05 "Butcher"-bayonet, REGIMENT No. equal!!!! and two manufacturers marked!!

Extremely rare version of the well-known German 98/05 "Butcher"-bayonet. The bayonet is Regimental No. equal!! (bayonet + sheath) and marked by two different manufacturers! Regimental Number; E. A. 22.3 184 = "Eisenbahn-ArbeiterKompanie" No. 22, 3rd Batallion, weapon number 184. This is extremely rare, as these bayonets almost never were provided during the war with regiment numbering on bayonet and sheath. Also marked by two manufacturers; "Erfurt" and "Gottlieb Hammersfahr/Solingen, Foche". Perhaps one produced the blade and supplied it to the other as semi finished product. On the back the decrease stamp of the Prussian army with year "15", = 1915. The blade is in good condition. The handle is damaged as can be seen in the photos. The same also applies to the sheath. The latter does have also Prussian decrease stamp on the "mouth" of the sheath (see photo) ... In short; EXTREMELY RARE variant and historically very interesting only the quality leaves something to wish for... Therefore No RESERVE PRICE ... Will be shipped as insured package.
