The singing bowls are a particular form of bell reversed without beating that one resonates with the " Using a mallet. Initially used as a traditional instrument by the Mahayana and Tantric Buddhist schools, they are mainly found in the Himalayan regions (Tibet, Nepal, Bhutan, Ladakh ...) and in northern India, but their use is widespread in many parts of the country.
