Intact wall plaque after a design by Wim Harzing (1898-1978) for art dealer Van Rossum Utrecht.
The plaque is made of red pipe clay and has a depiction of Sint Jozef (Joseph) breaking the bread and is provided with the text ‘H. Josef bescherm ons gezin’.
It has a length of 31 cm and a width of 9 cm. It is in fine condition.
The Terraco Beesel tile of the ‘Passiespelen’ from 1946 is 11.5 x 11.5 cm is not marked. The hand shaped tile is in good condition and has a depiction of Mary and Jesus in a few brown tints and some blue highlights at Mary. On the rear some minimal loss of glaze visible (photo 14).
