Cretaceous (97 - 90 mil y) - Kem Kem - Morocco
Judged from the long and narrow skull, the Spinosaurus is considered as a huge predator: 12.6–18 metres (41–59 ft) in length and its weight is estimated at 7 to 20.9 tonnes. This animal ate both meat and fish, and moved in and out of the water. It was one of the largest known carnivorous dinosaurs, possibly larger than Tyrannosaurus and Giganotosaurus. The distinctive spines of Spinosaurus, which were long extensions of the vertebrae, grew to at least 1.65 meters, and were likely to have had skin connecting them, forming a sail-like structure.
Nice looking teeth, with part of the roots, shining enamel and clear striae on the teeth.
3, 4.6 and 5.4 cm.
