Silk hand embroidery, mounted to board with linen pass partout 40 x 40 cm, inside 32 x 32 in Art Deco style, titled Freedom.
Signed R. WAGNER 1914 through thread.
In different frame due to damage and weathering old frame.
Probably due to the hand of design, graphic illustration, year and subject to resistance fighter and co-founder:

In spring of 1943 G.M.R. Wagner started the edition without title.
Also the father of Werson and his store clerk, the German F.W. Schäfer, took part in the work. On February 12, 1944 the Sipo raided the headquarters of the support group, Gerard Werson knew to escape, as well as Brandenburg, but his father and Schäfer were arrested. The latter was executed on April 3, 1944. R. Wagner died on February 3, 1945 in the penitentiary Siegburg.
