le colis n'a pu m'être livré
j'ai du aller au dépot pour retirer le colis ( 40 kms + autotroute )Dear Mr. Michel Bernard, I send the parcel to the address you gave to Catawiki and always take care of high quality parcels and transport.
If you had given me some time I would have solved the problem for you, but you decided yourself to pick it up 40 km's from your home. We would never ask you to do that, I'm sure GLS would have tried again. If you would have had just a little more patience the parcel would have been delivered at your door.
It is sad you give me negative feedback for a mistake of the parcel service that I could have solved for you.
But I am glad you have your statue and hope you will enjoy it. I think you have a bargain.
