And one register separately. Text volumes in half cloth. Maps in two original portfolios. Text partly unopened (never used before!).
The log of an early, very successful voyage to the East. It was the starting point of the foundation of the VOC and the military penetration by the Dutch in the East Indies, now Indonesia. Published in five parts, or nine volumes, including a supplement and two portfolios with fine, large maps. Some minor wear to extremities, Volume 5 Maps some light stains to front and back cover. A very nice set, overall in a near fine condition.
