Renault - R8 Gordini - 1968

Renault Gordini - the rally stars of the 1960s, successful in action, including the legendary Monte Carlo Rally. Very few copies are still available. This vehicle is for sure a rarity, especially in this condition. Not modified, not broken. Original, as only a collector’s item can be. This vehicle came from a private collection and was added to my collection more than 10 years ago, it is actually almost a private museum. Time and again, all necessary maintenance and repairs and operations, with joy, success and lovely driving experiences in classic car rallies (regularity, no races). A collector's item with high popularity and value growth. Expert appraisal quote: " Very good original condition” 2 plus Of the possible 1000 rating points, this car received 965, thus 96.5% quality condition. It drives well and is a lot of fun. The eye catcher and fun factor at any classic car rally, such as, amongst others, the 1000 Minutes and at Gaisberg. A Gordini, as it should be, sporty and with all the equipment that make the classic car rally friend happy, additional lamps, bucket seats, rally fittings, harness seat belts, strap, leather steering wheel and of course the legendary Gotti rims, including the power-giving double carburettors and the Gordini exhaust system Ready for the next rally! Year of production: 1968 Mileage according to the Odometer: 91992 km 1254 ccm Chassis number: R11350207642 Engine type: 812-00 5-speed transmission Origin 165/70 13 tyres 4 door, 910 kg. Austrian registration, thus easily registered in the entire EU area. MOT ( § 57 // TÜV)) until August 2018, easily extended. Private sale due to reduction of collection/museum. This vehicle can be viewed and retrieved in Vienna, Austria.
