A very special globe by Philips, published around 1940 in London. 

The globe is displayed on an old Bakelite classic stand. The globe itself is made of paper mache. 

Dimensions +/-: 32 x 26 x 26 cm.

The globe has signs of wear and damage but for its age it is in very good condition, these signs of wear/damage are visible on the photos. The photos are part of the description. 

The turning mechanism still works well, very occasionally there is some small resistance when turning it.

The globe will be properly packaged and sent as an insured package. See also my other lots with beautiful globes, if you win multiple lots, you will  only be charged once for the shipping!
