Art Nouveau earthenware vase with geometrical decoration and hand painted sludge glaze. Made and designed by Paul Wranitzky (1836-1889) for earthenware factory P.A.W. which he founded in 1874 with his wife Anna and which closed in 1933. In excellent undamaged condition and marked on the bottom with a trademark PAW Geschuetzt blind stamp. Rare piece.
