This is a very nice  Eagle Car Mascot.

In excellent condition with no damage or any visible wear. It is old around 1930 and made of solid nickel plated brass or a similar metal.
The total height of the mascot including the base is 5.5 inches (13.5 Cm). The wing span of the Eagle from wing tip to wing tip is 7.5 inches (19 Cm).
The length of the Eagle from it's beak to the end of its tail is 4.5 inches (11.5 Cm).
