Very large chess set, with accompanying very large chess pieces in medieval model, hand-made from solid wood. The whole is neatly stored in a solid wooden box, which is equipped with hand-carved clasp and decorations.

Because the chess pieces are all hand-carved from one solid block of wood (ranging from 3 x 3 cm and 3.5 x 3.5 cm), no two pieces are exactly the same, which gives tremendous character to this very large XXL chess set.

Over time the chess set suffered some minor damage; of one horse pieces of the ears are missing, one rook has a piece off, not disturbing at all (see yellow highlighted in the photos). All other chess pieces are in played with condition and in very good condition (undamaged).
