Original and authentic work by the artist Anselmo Bucci (1887-1955), sized 27 x 21 cm, complete with non coeval frame. The work was displayed in 2010 as part of the exhibition ‘Anselmo Bucci - Gente di mare - Battute grafiche e verbali’, held at the Quadreria Cesarini in Fossombrone from 19 September to 7 November 2010. The exhibition, as well as its publication, was sponsored by various institutions, including the Marche Region (in the book the work is published on pages 72 and 128). It was also on display in the exhibition ‘I taccuini colorati di Anselmo Bucci’ held in October 2011 at St Philip's Church in Fossombrone, hometown of the artist. The purchaser will be sent the publication mentioned above along with the artwork, for free.

the work proposed, along with many others pubished in the book Gente di mare - Battute grafiche e verbali were part of the drawings and sketches made by the author in 1930. They were inside some ‘Notebooks’ which, in 1942, were the source Bucci used for his book Marinai, published by ISPI when he was still alive. All artworks are unsigned and all tables have been minutely listed thanks to a consistent work.
