Original Swiss made ultra rare Audemars Piguet “Twenty Dollars 1900” 18K Solid Yellow Gold coin watch in a fully working order. Very fine, keyless, flat watch set into a U.S. 20 Dollar coin dated 1900., rare manual wound calibre 9ML. Made circa 1950s. Concealed inside coin: a small manual wound watch that is only accessible by pressing push button. After carefully pressing the button, the hinged top — obverse side — will then reveal a beautifully finished swing-out watch with winding crown at 1 o'clock. The small watch with an 18K yellow gold case measuring close to 24 mm in diameter, features a gorgeous matte off-white dial with gilded batons and needle-shaped hands.
Watch is in overall good condition (minor surface scratches, scuffs and discoloration through the age, running and ready to wear or gift!
Dimensions : diameter is 35mm, thickness is 4mm, total watch weight is 31g.
Item will be shipped from France as an FedEx registered parcel. Pick up in Geneva is possible.

When I got the watch it liked it was in good go health, but when I worn it the pin in the star ep fall out and the watch fall on the ground and brock .
