I am offering for sale a FORD Gran Torino built in 1975; it is in the eye-catching style of Starsky & Hutch (< the bodywork has been painted, no stickers!), cult TV series of the 70s. The car was originally from California (imported in 2013) and is now registered in Germany with a new TüV and exhaust emissions test. It also has an H-plate thanks to it being over 30 years old. It has a 351cui V8 engine, this equates to ~ 5.7 ltr., and a mileage of ca.130,000 km. For its SVA (in 2017), yet more work needed to be done on the car. Of course, as the car has never been completely restored, it is not without its visual, and age-related defects and signs of wear and tear. However, having recently passed the German TüV, it goes without saying that from a technical perspective, this scarce Gran Torino is perfectly fine. Engine runs well and the gears shifts are smooth, giving a fantastic V8 sound & drive. With the exception of the ‘Starsky & Hutch’ paintwork, and the Wolfrace alloy rims and white-lettered tyres, the car is, to all intents and purposes, in a completely original condition. There also doesn’t appear to be any major or significant damage requiring urgent restoration work.
