Antique French military drum
This drum was still in use early last century in a French regiment, it is made of wood, rope, leather and brass, covered with animal skins. On the side tension wires of rope and a brass tensioner which mentions G&S, deposee.
The drum comes with original bat, all in all a special piece of history.
It is in good condition, a dent on the side, used and intact.
The drum tambour is 22 cm high and has a diameter of 28 cm.
