Other information:

After the Second World War there were a lot of people looking for work in Japan. At this time many machine factories were inactive and the patent held by Singer had expired. The production of these machines (usually based on the Singer 15 and 99 class machines) was therefore greatly increased and Japan began to export them.

Some machines were given American or European sounding names. This was to access overseas markets and they also were not only produced in black. They came in metallic or matt colours of pink, green, blue, yellow and many more! They were well made and often ran quieter and better than their Singer equivalents. Each retailer could purchase a cloned machine and market it with their own brand name.

- In very good condition.
- Japan post Second World War.
- Measures 53 x 35 x 25 cm, Weight 16 kg.
The machine will be properly packed and sent by insured and registered mail.
