From a barn find of a former furniture maker-processor from Zeeland, 29 different profile and side-planers of the firm Nooitgedagt & zonen in IJlst, consisting of, bevel, flat, point, spook, hollow or globe with or without forerunner) round, bead, hollow bead, parrot beak, pigeon hunter, ojief (front and reverse) and other.
These planes were and are still used for planing frame profiles and side work, specially for the restoration of furniture and picture frames.
They were manufactured in the period 1900/1995 and are in fair to good condition.
Some blocks have signs of woodworm, they were treated for this, especially for the auction, the soles (profile side of the plane), however, are all in good condition and not or hardly damaged.
All feature the original chisels with peg (lock wood or wedge) of which a few need to be renewed / replaced.
