1914 KODAK 'No.1A' Autographic KODAK JUNIOR Folding Camera.

1914 KODAK 'No.1A' Autographic Kodak JUNIOR Folding Camera. Manufactured in Canada, from 1914, this 103-year-old folding camera comes in excellent condition for its age. The wooden body and black leatherette finish are close to new in their look. The chrome finish is equally so, as is the Bausch & Lomb lens which looks clean and unscratched. The ball-bearing shutter still sounds sweet. The bellows look slightly worn, but are still sturdy. The camera has an autographic system which allowed a caption to be scribed onto the film before processing, using a metal pencil, not included. A116 size film was used, giving 4.25ins x 2.5ins negatives per roll. Also included is the original soft leather camera case with chromium catch/lock. The camera weighs 775 grams, so is no lightweight. It will be sent by Royal Mail Tracked and Signed post. A hundred and three years old collectable in great condition.
