I have tracked the package to customs in your country 'in transit' but the date is a long time ago. I have only had this issue a couple of times but the packages were being held by customs. Some countries charge customs fees to the buyer to recieve mail from out of the country. This isn't something my postal service handles because once the package enters your country it is out of their hands. Most likely your package is being held at customs & you will have to claim it. This should have no bearing on my feedback as a seller as I did my part in mailing it & I have no control over your mail system or customs in your country. Also even though the package made it to your country I have even offered a refund.
