Lancia Fulvia 2C, second series, imported from Italy with documented history. Before it was decommissioned, it only had 1 owner Very well cared for, it has the original paint with no significant rust. The right front mudguard has been re-sprayed in the past. The car runs perfectly, all is in working order, and the sporty engine with two overhead camshafts and two carburettors has the typical Lancia sound. The very nice black leather interior is in a wonderful condition. The front passenger seat has been replaced. The top cover of the dashboard is cracked. The headliner is flawless, the lining of the two front A-pillars is weathered in places. Superb everyday classic car with a lovely patina. According to the TÜV report, the car has no faults. The report for the historic vehicle registration shows that all criteria for historic vehicle classification to the have been met. The next TÜV is due in August 2018. - re-conditioned alternator - new service - new shock absorbers - TÜV with H plate - fully re-conditioned brakes - all fluids have been changed - re-conditioned carburettors The car is of course good to go without need of any further attention, meaning it can accompany you throughout the rest of the 2017 classic car season. This car can be viewed and collected from St. Gallen, Styria, Austria. Delivery is also possible at a cost of 0.70 Euros per kilometre. Interesting facts about the car: Fulvia Berlina Shortly after taking on this Fulvia saloon, some technical modifications became apparent, pertaining primarily to the brake system. Instead of the Dunlop system, this reconditioned model now has an improved Lancia/Girling-Super duplex braking system, a dual-circuit braking system; the first circuit acts on the rear wheel brake cylinders and two of the four brake cylinders of the front axle; the second circuit acts on the other two cylinders of the front axle. From 1970 onwards, all models of the second series had a five-speed gearbox. Externally, the modified radiator grille with its black ribs, an updated light bezel, and the oval taillights, were the most striking characteristics of the modified Fulvia. The bumpers were given a rubber lip. A strip was added to the rear doors to aid lowering of the windows. On the inside, there was a significant redesign of the instrument panel. From then on, round instruments became the norm. The heating / ventilation controls were modified. The seats and upholstery were changed For the rear seats, there were attachment points for the seat belts. Moreover, during the construction of the second series, the ashtrays for the rear passengers was moved from the back of the front seats to the doors. Production of the saloon was discontinued in October 1972. The hatchback Beta is its successor.
