Tabriz is one of Iran's oldest cities. Tabriz rugs come in various designs; they often depict old palaces or ruins. The most common colours are beige, blue and red. They're durable, high-quality rugs, often made of fine wool on a cotton warp (bobbin thread). A good Tabriz has a short and rough pile.
Tabriz rugs are excellent rugs for regular use and have a high durability.
