Rare Austin a 55 van. 

This Austin comes from a collection and was used as a service car for a Jaguar Bmc garage in the Netherlands.
The car has an original Dutch registration.

In largely original condition, especially the body, it was partially restored in the 80s.
Engine and mechanics were completely overhauled (engine, gearbox, brakes and shock absorbers)
It also has a new wiring harness.

This was done in 2016 as support for the Le Mans classic by the Austin Healey museum. Approximately 5,000 km driven on long trips.

The engine is a powerful Riley engine with dual SU carburetors. Now 75hp.
It drives along well in current traffic conditions.
Total investment has been €13,000 in 2016.
Complete with workshop manual and parts book (original).
