Polish wall clock - Predom Metron - 1980

Sleek and solid Polish Predom Metron wall clock with an 8-day winding mechanism, type Z_242. Year of manufacture 1980, bought in January 1981. Serial number 00505, weight 3.8 kg, height 43.5 cm, width 25 cm, depth 13.2 cm, diameter of brass dial and viewing window 18 cm, viewing window pendulum 20 cm x 9 cm. The sound box is made of wood and the front is in walnut/cherry veneer with gold-coloured ornamentation milled into the wood. Both viewing windows are made in plastic. The clock is in excellently pristine condition. The clock runs exactly on time with a warm sounding tick-tock. The Bim-Bam gives a gorgeous atmospheric sound thanks to the open worked wooden case on the left side of the hammers. Nice fact to mention is that the clock can be placed in exactly the right way through the adjustment screws, so that it can be suspended on spirit level with millimetre precision. Original proof of warranty and the original instruction manual are present, as are the winding key and the plastic hammer clamp security, which is necessary for the transportation. The photos give you a clear and honest impression. The clock will be shipped registered with lots of care and with track of trace.
