Floris Meydam (1919-2011) was the chief designer next to Copier at the Glasfabriek Leerdam.
In 1971 Floris Meydam designed the glassware Formula for the Glasfabriek Leerdam. The glassware is called ‘bekerservies’ or ‘cup ware’. The glass was first sold not as a complete glassware set but offered in sets of three. See: Floris Meydam: In Vorm, by K. Wasch cs; p. 104
