Breguet - beautiful, large, open face, 14kt gold pocket watch with gold dial and with quarter repeater.
 
The casing is made of 14kt (0.585) yellow gold, it is fine and has guilloches on the dial made of gold and is smooth on the back side. 

The dial is very well preserved, has guilloches and is engraved. Very beautiful and classic black Roman numerals and also has delicate filigree original steel hands - blued. 

Gold-plated bridge movement with early cylinder escapement, free-standing barrel. Strike recall above the pedant trigger. The hours are hit according to their number, and the quarter-hours have a double-beat on two clay gongs. Tone is clear and fine - appealing.  Movement has a very interesting structure. Key winding. Exposed hammers.  Movement cleaned and serviced -- in working order.  Winding key present. 

Dust lid with two winding holes -- once for the adjustment of the hands and one to wind the movement up in the middle. Lid is engraved with Breguet Echappement Cylindre roue dacier.


Hallmarked on the rear lid. 

Very good overall condition. Watch diameter 53mm with pedant 77mm. Weight: 91g. 

A very beautiful 14kt gold pocket watch from Brequet with repetition in great condition with only minor signs of use.
