Beautiful champagne bottle from 1933.
Still sealed with label and capsule in good condition. Fill level appr. 3cm measured from the bottom of the bottle. Stored in a dark environment.
The story of this bottle is linked to shame and pride. As the bottle was found in the attick of an elderly woman, so werethe letters that gave the possible origin as well. After reading the letters we discovered that the mother of the elderly woman was in a relationship with a member of the Nazi party in Germany. Seeing that 1933 is a year with many nazi events. We are convinced that the bottle was given as a celibration gift. Either due to the first Nazi magazine in the Netherlands. But more likely is the naming of Adolf Hitler as Reichschancelor by president Hindenburg.
