Schmidt auf Altenstadt, A. von, Van het land van de rijzende zon.
The Hague,1st edition, 1903. (Dimensions: 26 x 20 cm), VIII, 255 pp. 1 colour frontispiece, 83 illustrations in the text, original, decorated yellow linen binding with a lot of gold print. The binding contains some stains and is somewhat thumbed, though overall it is a good copy.
Please note: The binding is not actually as warped as shown in the pictures and the spine is not that dark. Unfortunately, this was caused by poor lighting. A very good copy.
The Hague, first edition, 1903. (size: 26 x 20 cm), VIII, 255 pages. 1 coloured frontispiece, 83 illustrations in the text, original yellow decorated cloth with rich gilt. Boards with a few spots or thumbing but a very nice copy.
Please note: In reality the warping of the binding and the darker spine are not as intense, this was caused by the lighting during the digital photography. A very good copy.
